AVK Saudi Valves Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is the market leader for hydrants water amp waste water valves in Saudi Arabia and is supplying more than 10 other markets in the region as well as exporting to Europe and Asia.
The Quality Manager position is a newly created position within the GCC Region and will cover both AVK SVMC in Saudi Arabia and AVK GULF in Dubai. The position is based at AVK SVMC in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. The position will be focused around ensuring we meet customer expectations fully comply with all procedures in our ISO 90012008 implementation of ISO 90012008 at AVK GULF implementation of ISO 14000 in Saudi Arabia and ensuring set KPI’s are monitored and improvements are implemented.
The main responsibilities are
•Ensure quality procedures for our quality systems are met.
•Ensuring service offer is maintainedmonitored and customer expectations are met.
•Implementation of ISO 90112008 at AVK GULF.
•Implementation of ISO 14001 at AVK SVMC and ensure compliance with local environmental regulations.
•Ensuring we comply with correct international standards and product specifications.
•Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met.
•Working with Logistic Department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
•Setting standards health and safety and environment protection.
•Making sure that our manufacturing and production processes meet group standards.
•Reviewing and defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff to ensure they reflect actual work processes.
•Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
•Preparing clear explanatory documents such as KPI sheets.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience from a similar position.
The candidate must be a certified ISO 90012008 and ISO 14000 auditor and preferably have experience with other relevant quality systems.
The candidate must have experience from working within the quality department of a manufacturing company.
