The competent shall be a graduate in mechanical / electrical engineering from a recognized university with minimum 15 years experience working with EPC Contractor (Min 5 yrs GCC experience as an projects manager-infrastructure )in the infrastructure/electro mechanical or in a similar facility ..he should come across managerial position covering all aspects of the projects handling client independently on the project attend meetings, design, technical support and a strong decision maker .
