•Drive the channel development strategy .
•Develop relationships with channel partners (vendors) for leads and joint marketing/sales activities
•Working to fulfil the channel partners (vendor) requirement to be a partner and follow up to meet the requirement with the internal sales and pre-sales team.
•Understand the IT and Telecom solutions and map the customer requirement with the right vendor.
•Insure that the company will get the best discount level for particular project.
•Achieve the channel sales target.
•Insure the project protection from vendor based on the early engagement methodology.
•Forcing the vendors or channels to train the sales,pre-sales and technical team to insure the best projects sales, product selection and service delivery.
•Develop the business through the channels to increase revenue.
•Achieve the Sales Target through channels for the quality leads diverted by the channel.
•Provide accurate and timely forecasts to sales management.
•Position end-to-end solutions to senior management and map it to right vendors.
