This position will include the service elements, products and management of sales professionals and the role would suit an Sales Supervisor in FMCG industry having solid experience in sales particularly FMCG, and reporting to the Country Sales Manager. You should be able to understand the market needs, have a proven track record & experience with a hard core career in sales at a high level, strong leadership skills and confidence. You would have high energy levels and the ability to motivate a team of sales professionals and maximize opportunities for business development. . You must have the skills to forecast accurately on volumes and must be a team player.
