Assistant Restaurant Manager (Saudi) - Saudi Brothers Commercial Company (SBCC)

An assistant restaurant manager helps the general manager perform the duties required to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The assistant manager is usually not responsible for kitchen operations, . cooking and food maintenance; such duties are left to the chef and kitchen staff. The assistant manager's duties include scheduling, hiring, training and ensuring that waiters and other staff perform their respective duties correctly.

1. Be a host and communicate with guests

the restaurant team: their tasks, schedules and information meetings

the Restaurant Manager in staff management: recruitment, training, evaluation and promotion

customer service levels

the quality of service and service provision

full responsibility for the Restaurant during allocated shifts
