AVK Saudi Valves Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is the market leader for hydrants, water & waste water valves in Saudi Arabia and are supplying more than 10 other markets in the region as well as exporting to Europe and Asia.
The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible to assist in financial activities in Middle East which includes offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, Al-Khobar, UAE & Qatar. The position is open at AVK SVMC head office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The assistant finance Manager will report to the Finance Manager.
The prime aim is to assist, develop and control financial activities of the company such as:
• Book-keeping and Accounting.
• Budgeting.
• Cost Control.
• Receivables and Credit Control.
• Cash-flow.
The finance department consists of 3 staff members.
Key responsibilities
• Book -Keeping and Accounting.
• Assisting in annual budget.
• Analysis of cost and Control
• Credit Control.
• Cash flow Management.
• Preparation of Financial Reports/ management reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet).
• Audit and Taxation.
• Handling and documentation of letter of credit.
