Payroll Specialist Saudi only

Maintain and process payroll records and reports for accounting of salaries due accruals and other payroll function.

Calculate leave entitles and indemnities on request.

Review and adjust the payroll with time sheet for every employee to ensure proper data entry.

Complete appropriate forms to adjust the salary data account.

Recommend or participate in development of new procedures or policies related to payroll operations utilizing knowledge and experience.

Maintain internal controls in the areas of stop payments bank rejected and system rejected salaries etc.

Resolve all client questions and problems in a timely manner.

Training team on payroll policies and procedures.
