Mergers Acquisitions AccountingFinance Specialist

We are seeking a Mergers Acquisitions AccountingFinance Specialist to join the Finance Business Line of Saudi Aramco. Finance serves as the knowledge repository for financial expertise on strategic initiatives that can include mergers and acquisitions.



Finance is responsible for providing financial leadership accounting advisory business consulting services and decision support to various business lines and senior management particularly in the area of acquisitiondisposition guidance and implementation. The mergers acquisitions accountingfinance specialist will be involved in a variety of projects that are both internally and externally focused. Core services include but are not limited to



•Financial due diligence support pre and post for merger and acquisition activity

•Strategic financial guidance as part of the negotiation team for merger and acquisition activity

•Business integration support for subsidiaries joint ventures mergers acquisitions and

•Coordination with internal stakeholders regarding technical accounting and financial reporting issues in support of strategic initiatives and thought leadership.

The applicant will possess significant relevant experience within a variety of industries industry but a working knowledge of the energy sector is desirable. The applicant should have demonstrated financial analytical skills that include the ability to evaluate both industry and individual company information. The applicant must be able to work with minimal supervision possess good project management skills and be able to offer logical and innovative solutions to complex client issues.
