Overall Purpose of Job The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of establishing a strategic partnership throughout the Company and support of operations demonstrated by making a positive impact on a project department office or global practice through the development and implementation of programs and processes. Primary Job DutiesFunctions 1. Responsible for assignments normally limited to one or two elements within the human resources function. 2. Possesses a basic knowledge of human resources procedures. 3. Performs welldefined human resources projects. 4. Actively utilizes Fluor development resources. 5. Contributes to a safe working environment. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions 1. Generally favorable indoor office workspace andor 2. Onsite project workspace of various conditions which may include temporary buildings or structures moving mechanical parts and vibration high precarious places fumes or airborne particles and various levels of outside weather.
Basic Job Requirements
1. Accredited 4year degreeBachelor's degree or equivalent in HR Psychology Education Business or related field. 2. 5 years of workrelated experience within the related field.
