Responsible for project administration, including
liaison with Client, progress monitoring and
reporting, material approvals, processing of
Contractor’s monthly payments, preparation of
site instructions and variation orders, etc.;
design review; liaison with public Authorities;
construction management / supervision and
contract administration; quality control;
responding to the Contractor’s clarifications and
claims; follow-up on work progress and
programme; holding weekly progress meetings;
and scrutinizing the works of the supervision
team Approving Material Submittals, Method
statements, Suppliers & Subcontractors, Shop
drawings, Site Mockups; Review and process Site
Clarifications; Site visits and follow up on
supervision teams; Attending Progress and
technical meetings with the Contractors,
Consultants and with the client; follow up on
QC/QA; Handling and issuing site instructions;
Approving Value Engineering Proposals
