•Responsibility for managing the relationship and growth of Saudi ARAMCO Account on a global multinational multidivisional basis.
•Developing partnership vision between the different Hyperion product lines through coordination of sales and technical support teams on Saudi ARAMCO Account.
•Performing longrange planning organizing and controlling sales growth account penetration and customer satisfaction for longterm results.
•Act as a strategic interface to Saudi ARAMCO. Partnering with the Hyperion sales and technical Management develop winwin relationships and strategies to develop long and lasting relationships with the different divisions inside Saudi ARAMCO.
•Responsible for managing the full scope of the customer relationship between Hyperion and Saudi ARAMCO for all product lines.
•Building and fostering key business relationships as well as being able to drive a large account team towards their business objectives.
•Working with the account PampL leadership and region leadership in a virtual sales environment.
•Ensure the successful implementation of sales quality and execution through shepherding the valuesolution selling methodology to become a sole sourced partner with the Saudi ARAMCO Account.
•Utilize quality tools and methodologies to drive improvements in key business processes for the customer including customer based solutions and boundary less selling.
المهارات
•BSc Degree preferably in chemical engineering or related discipline
•Minimum 5 years experience as s Senior Sales Engineer Sales Manager Corporate Accounts Manager or other Account Executive experience.
•Operational knowledge of MES products and services strategies and philosophies advantageous.
•Knowledge of MES markets and assigned strategic accounts' relationships and philosophies with their industry standards preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to work directly with a globally dispersed team of sales and technical managers.
•Track record in exceeding Orders and Revenue targets and managing multiple customer success metrics.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Fluency in English both written and verbal essential.
