-In coordination with Dubai Smart Government Department establish and maintain GRP System for Dubai Air Navigation Services (DANS) based on Oracle E-business suite for Human Resources Management System, Procurement Management and Payroll Management System.
-Provide training and support for all DANS GRP i-Procurement users and Provide technical support to Procurement GRP user’s core applications. Communicate with GRP technical team and helpdesk for the new updates, incidents, solutions and follow-ups etc.
-Generate various dynamic reports using Oracle Discoverer for various units or sections requirements. Prepare monthly purchase analysis and statistical reports to the section. Provide relevant data for Dash-Board requirements.
-Through GRP Oracle, maintain and update all DANS staff data relating to appointments, service history, promotions, disciplinary process, end of service benefits etc.
-Trouble shooting on requisitions and purchase orders, and escalate issues to the GRP helpdesk (Ruler’s Courts).Maintain I-Procurement user responsibility assignments such as additions, activation and deactivation.
-Act as IT support coordinator for Procurement Unit by looking after IT requirements and ensure requests are entertained. Communicate with IT Helpdesk for any incident raised by Procurement employees and do the required follow ups.
