Executive Assistant / PA - Jeddah - Progress Personnel Ltd

Reporting to the CEO of this expanding, high profile Saudi company you will provide day to day support for the CEO; your duties will include;





• Co-ordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments.

• Organize meetings involving multiple senior executives

• Greet clients and visitors to the executive office

• Prepare and/or edit internal and external letters, faxes, memos and mass emails

• Tracking projects through from start to finish managing time, tasks, and involved individuals effectively

• Excellent typing skills with the ability to draft own correspondence

• Interact with senior executives, legal counsel, customers and vendors, potential consultants and corporate partners with a high degree of professionalism

• Make high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company

• Arrange complex meetings, including executive meetings, and handle all other meeting material preparation and logistics

• Prepare presentation materials, cover/introductory letters, contracts, and other business documents

• Routinely handle internal and external inquiries by screening calls, answering questions, and redirecting to appropriate personnel.

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for company executives as well as advisors, consultants and other team members as necessary.

• Manage executives’ conference and arrangements.

• Manage an administrative pool (travel, secretaries etc.)
