* Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
* Document financial transactions by entering account information
* General Ledger accounting and control
* Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
* Prepare monthly accounts closing & reconciliations
* Prepare monthly trial balance transactions
* Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
* Prepare reconciliations statements to reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
* Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
* Trade receivables accounting & control including cash customers, tender customers, credit customers, collections & customer reconciliations
* Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
* Treasury accounting & control including bank reconciliations, cash & cheques collections
* Use the financial information system to record data and prepare reports
* Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
