Provide first response amp remote solutions to clients having technical systems difficulties amp provide technical support amp counsel to field technicians amp clients experiencing system performance issues. It is the technical resource for all servicerelated questions about the CT product or product familyEssential Responsibilities Key Responsibilitiesessential functions include

Providing remote and onsite technical support to FSE's and Clients.

Ownership of ISD jobs for his region prioritization and follow up with Customer Service Centers.

Provide on phone support or InSite support to Clients and characterize incoming technical issues and prioritize between jobs able to diagnose complete failure and propose the right part to be ordered in parallel to the FSE assignment done by Service Center.

Ownership of Transfer Rates and Transferability ISD Icenter Ilinq Telephone activity.

Utilization of the GEHC escalation process as needed working closely with Local Customer Team LCT and national support to define and support implementation of corrective action plans to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Support the business to achieve to help to drive Material and Purchased Service cost improvement initiatives for the modality.

Coaching and training for FSE's to insure that technical and customer skills are up to date and meet the needs of the business.

Support the business to achieve product serviceability and reliability quality trend analysis productivity program development and implementation national modality program execution and new product introduction support



Quality Specific Goals Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual Quality Management System Quality Management Policy Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job typeposition including EHS.

Complete all planned Quality amp Compliance training within the defined deadlines including EHS.

Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

Insure timely dispatch closure.

Insure completion of all field modifications instructions FMI's within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps providing solutions when possible.QualificationsRequirements Associate's degree in a related sciencetechnical field

Minimum of 5 years of field service experience on CT products

Minimum of 5 years of troubleshooting GE diagnostic imaging equipment

Previous problem solving experience

Previous Project Leadership experience

Knowledge of modality clinical applicationsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Desired Characteristics Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology Highly motivated teamplayer Prior project or technical leadership experience demonstrated ability to trainmentor peers Ability to stay calm in pressurized situations and coach people through solving problems Strong prioritization and organizational skills Strong customerservice skills Strong written and verbal communications skills that can effectively communicate with a diverse workforce ability to effectively communicate over the phone Prior experience working with Word Excel and PowerPoint Basic financial analysis abilities
