We are looking for architects with the following assets
Researches plans design and administer building projects for clients.
Applying knowledge of design construction procedures zoning and building codes and building materials.
Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation and prepares information regarding design specifications materials color equipment estimated costs and construction time.
Initiates PreSchematic work activities such as but not limited to gathering building program information site information parking information and project information.
Coordinates with clientowner the feasibility studies financial options and numbers solutions preparedrecommended for the project.
Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval.
Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
Manages preparation of design presentation drawings and materials.
Assists HAK andor the Executive Architect in the design presentation.
Coordinates with the Production Team and sub consultants the development of design concepts for structural electrical plumbingsanitary mechanical and other serviceconnected equipment in accordance with the design intent.
Provides data for evaluation of production budget compliance and project billings.
Monitors compliance with the design intent during Construction documentation phase.
Helps out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality project on schedule within the project budget and the budgeted hours provided for in the work plan.
May direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.

Education
Bachelors in Architectural Engineering or Higher from a reputed University.
Years of Experience
A minimum of 5 years in related field
